• p. 136. In the first reaction rule, kab runs into the include_reactants directive. There should be a space.
• p. 136. In the second reaction rule the A molecule label is omitted on the product side of both rules and there should be a space after the product patterns before the rate constants.
• p. 137. The logic of the exclude command should read 'pattern_index AND ((NOT pattern1) AND (NOT pattern2)...)'.
